As exclusive advisor to a partnership consisting of Geolo Capital, Global Edge Investments, and Harilela Hotels London our experience includes a refinancing of the hotel following a recent recapitalization. Marketing efforts focused on the strength of the sponsorship and the amount of equity invested, the asset’s superior quality, the hotel’s irreplaceable location within a strong and stable lodging market, and the significant in-place cash flow.   Despite financial uncertainty at the time and a lack of hospitality financing sources, we were able to drive a highly competitive process through broad marketing that sourced several non-traditional lending sources. Ultimately, a successful refinancing of the property was negotiated with a German bank.
