865 Main Street was constructed in 1903 and was known as the Euclid Block. It was a very busy neighbourhood retail store for many years and was known as the California Fruit Market. In 2011, the building was completely transformed into the community known as Neechi Commons. Comprised of a full commercial kitchen and bakery, grocery store with fresh and frozen meats, fish and food. The property contains training rooms and office space. Neechi Commons closed in 2018 and is now being offered under Power of Sale by a Credit Union. The award winning firm of Bridgeman Collaborative Architecture assisted in that vision and transformed the building to modern day codes and standards.
