Ryan specializes in industrial leasing, sales, land sales, and investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver. He utilizes his breadth of experience and in-depth market knowledge to best serve his clients' needs, often providing creative solutions to overcome deal-specific obstacles. Ryan is an integral member of the Industrial Services Group at the Vancouver office.

Ryan has represented various businesses involved in the development community, investors, manufacturing sector, industrial service businesses, supply-chain groups, and distribution/logistics companies. During his time at Avison Young, Ryan has been a lead negotiator in over 12 million square feet of sales and lease transactions, representing a transaction value of over $4 billion.
