Bob Budd joined Avison Young in 2012 as a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson and Senior Associate, for Land Sales and Acquisitions. Bob's geographic area of involvement extends from Oakville, Hamilton, Niagara Region to Windsor. Bob has sold a variety of land types throughout Ontario including farms, infill lots, registered, draft plans, and approved plans of subdivision, serviced building lots, industrial, commercial (retail), institutional and conservation lands.

Bob's real estate career spans five decades with the Provincial Government and now with the Private Sector. As former Vice-President, Real Estate Marketing for Ontario Realty Corporation, Bob retired from the provincial Crown Corporation in 2006 and immediately secured his real estate license.
