Bobby Singh entered the commercial real estate market in 2008. Prior to joining the brokerage, he was working with investors, engaged in land assembly, development of retail plazas, hotel and commercial condominiums, starting from acquisition of appropriate land to development of the property, leading to a profitable disposition.

At Avison Young he intends to use his experience and continue to guide investors, developers and property owners through all the steps of building equity. His focus will be on acquisition of assets, development, expansion, disposition and leasing.
