Brendan has been directing assessment appeals and protecting taxpayers’ rights and interests for 10 years. He is respected by his clients for his attention to detail and willingness to fight no matter the size of the property and assessment. His strong understanding of the market valuation landscape has also allowed him to help clients budget accurately many years in advance. Brendan does much of his work in Calgary where he is based and has experience with the property assessment & tax landscape in many markets across Central and Southern Alberta including Edmonton, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Cochrane, and Okotoks.
