His strong understanding of the market valuation landscape has also allowed him to help clients budget accurately many years in advance. Brendan does much of his work in Calgary where he is based and has experience with the property assessment & tax landscape in many markets across Central and Southern Alberta including Edmonton, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Cochrane, and Okotoks.

Brendan’s recent success includes many industrial, land and retail victories before the Assessment Review Board and he specializes in ensuring that unique properties are fairly assessed in a system that often overlooks nuance.
