À propos de Guy

Guy Prévost joined Devencore in 1996 as a commercial real estate broker and then, Avison Young who just acquired Devencore in 2021.

Guy specializes in leasing transactions, market studies, financial analysis, relocations, negotiations, lease renewals, expansion of premises and subleases.

Mr. Prévost equally served as President of “Le Cercle d’affaires du Grand Montréal” implicating himself in events organization for the Montréal business community. Guy’s career spanned 10 years at Xerox before moving on to Royal LePage Commercial and later Global Immobilier.

Education

Guy Prévost has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM specialized in marketing and finance.
