Hadley is an Accredited real estate professional with over 14 years’ experience in the valuation and underwriting of various types of commercial assets. Specific expertise in the valuation of commercial real estate portfolios, financial analysis/discounted cash flow modeling and underwriting/auditing process for securitization of mortgage-backed securities. He is a results-oriented team leader with exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving ability. Prior to working in the appraisal business Hadley was employed by various construction companies in many different positions from an Estimator to Site Foreman. Hadley has appraised in excess of 200.0 million square feet of real estate with a total market value of greater than $200 billion.
