Over the last 25 years John has earned the trust and respect of an impressive client roster and numerous colleagues in the commercial real estate industry. John’s service platform is focused on advising occupiers and investors with their industrial real estate requirements throughout Metro Vancouver and across North America. 

Be it, location decision support - portfolio & transaction management - lease advisory - design/build undertakings - real estate investment/divestment - monetization of owner-occupied real estate, John executes with expedience and thorough due diligence. John’s aim is to optimize his client’s commercial real estate process and realize successful outcomes.

Invested in his community, John has coached 12 years of youth soccer, organized, and led a parent group to introduce the first IB Primary Years Program into the B.C. Public Schools system and currently sits on the B.C. Rugby Stakeholders committee.
