Jordan Lovett joined Avison Young as a Principal and Managing Director in Ottawa, where he leads the firm’s growth, business development, and operational strategy across the region. Known for his client-first approach and strong financial acumen, Jordan brings extensive experience in alternative assets, multifamily, development land, and receiverships.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jordan served as Vice-President at a major commercial real estate firm, where he completed more than $600 million in transaction volume. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, he built his career in commercial banking, managing complex financing programs and structuring capital for real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions. His unique lender’s perspective provides clients with strategic insight into financing structures and investment opportunities.

Jordan is recognized for guiding clients through complex transactions with precision, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
