With his financial background, Kevin adds an understanding of the financial impact any real estate decision has for a company, and his analytical approach to the underlying economics of a transaction plays a crucial role for building sound business cases for any sale or leasing decisions made by a client. Kevin is intimately familiar with current transactions, new developments, and all active users, investors and developers. He brings strong local knowledge of city plans, building trends and pricing.

To date, Kevin has successfully completed over 3 million square feet of sales and leasing with a total value of over $750 million.
