Prior to joining the Avison Young Capital Markets team in 2005, Kevin began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 in his home town of Spokane, Washington, USA. Throughout his 18+ year career in commercial real estate, Kevin has enjoyed the opportunity to be accountable to a wide range of vendors and purchasers, from private investors to major Canadian REITs and pension funds for all asset types of commercial investment real estate throughout the greater Calgary market.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, as well as a MBA from Gonzaga University, in addition to holding the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Kevin is a member of Avison Young’s Executive Committee for the Calgary office, in addition to volunteering his time with the Canadian Cancer Society (Alberta/NWT Division), currently serving as Past Chair.
Outside of his profession, Kevin enjoys spending time with his three teenage children, and is an avid fitness enthusiast.
