À propos de Megan

Megan joined Avison Young in May 2022 in Vancouver’s Investment Division focusing in multi-family and development properties throughout British Columbia. She specializes in financial analysis and has contributed to underwriting on over $1.5 billion worth of real estate transactions (2022+)

Megan attended the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Real Estate in 2018. She spent five years at a local appraisal firm where she built a strong foundation in valuations with focus on multi-family and investment properties in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and BC Interior markets.  

Megan is an accredited appraiser with her AACI, P.App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her extensive background in asset valuation allows her to efficiently and accurately underwrite properties and perform financial analysis, making her an ideal fit for Avison Young’s Multi-Family Investment Team.

In addition to her hard skills, Megan’s strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and work ethic while working alongside her business partners Carey Buntain, Chris Wieser, and Kevin Murray, assist in servicing the Team’s clients across Canada.
