Michael Stevens joined Avison Young’s global headquarters in Downtown Toronto specializing in both leasing and investment transactions.

Michael has worked with a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to international, multi-market organizations. Michael prides himself on understanding the needs of his client and uses his in-depth knowledge of the current trends in the market to drive successful transactions.

Michael graduated from the University of Guelph earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree while majoring in Real Estate. Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael worked in Real Estate Development gaining industry experience across various asset classes. He is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, NAIOP and Avison Young’s Tenant Advisory Affinity Group.
