Nancy Jia is a Global Graphic Designer on Avison Young's Brand Hub Team, supporting the company's creative output and ensuring every visual aligns with the global brand.

Nancy joined Avison Young in 2017 as a Graphic Designer supporting the Office Brokerage division, contributing to marketing initiatives and client-facing materials. She was later promoted to Senior Graphic Designer, where she led major campaigns and high-profile proposals, established design standards for the marketing team, and developed in-house templates to improve consistency and efficiency across all materials.
