Stephanie Yeargin is a commercial real estate advisor based in Vancouver, specializing in office leasing strategy for tenants and landlords across Metro Vancouver.

Since joining Avison Young in 2018, Stephanie has built a reputation for combining data-driven market insight with a highly personalized approach to client advisory. Starting her career in research, she developed a deep understanding of market dynamics before transitioning into brokerage; an experience that continues to shape her analytical and strategic mindset.

Stephanie plays a lead role alongside Glenn Gardner on one of Metro Vancouver’s largest and most active office leasing teams, advising a diverse client base that ranges from growing companies to institutional landlords. Her work spans complex lease negotiations, relocations, renewals and long-term portfolio planning, with a focus on aligning real estate decisions to broader business strategy.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to uncover opportunities others overlook, Stephanie has been involved in some of Vancouver’s most notable office transactions and consistently delivers tailored outcomes in rapidly evolving market conditions.

Recognized early in her career for both performance and leadership, Stephanie is committed not only to driving results for clients, but also to contributing to the next generation of professionals in the industry. In addition to mentoring others within the Avison Young Vancouver office, Stephanie was involved in the 2026 launch of CRE8 in Vancouver, a 500+ member national organization whose mission is to help and mentor women on the transactional side of commercial real estate.
