After beginning his career in business development, Brendan transitioned into Property Tax in 2012. Bringing his commitment to client service and communication Brendan immediately focused on the industrial and suburban retail markets.  Finding early success before the Board, Brendan continues to focus on the appeal of retail and industrial properties in Alberta.  His success resulted in more than $500,000 in tax refunds in 2013.
