Adam Hayes et John Engbloom se joignent en tant qu'associés

Toronto, ON – Avison Young is broadening its expertise in Calgary’s occupier services division with the appointments of Adam Hayes and John Engbloom as Principals, Occupier Services.
“For the better part of two decades, Adam and John have worked together as leading experts in representing occupiers – and I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome them,” said Todd Throndson, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young in Calgary. “They are a powerhouse team, with a passion for client success, and I know this will translate into their roles around delivering customized solutions for the Calgary market.”

Hayes and Engbloom will be responsible for helping occupiers reach their goals with their office space and other corporate facilities. They will offer integrated solutions by collaborating with the comprehensive occupier service lines within Avison Young, such as Workplace Consulting and Project Management, all while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Hayes brings 18 years of experience representing clients, with a skill set that includes complex lease negotiation, amalgamation planning driven by mergers and acquisitions, and in-depth financial analysis. A graduate of the University of Victoria, he has achieved Top Producer or Chairman’s List designations in his previous role and is a licensed Broker of Record with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

With 14 years’ experience, Engbloom excels in complex real estate matters requiring focus on financial analysis, disposition and acquisition strategies driven by mergers and acquisitions, headlease and sublease negotiation, and site selection. A licensed Associate with RECA, he is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge and has consistently achieved Top Producer designation in his previous role.
Together, Hayes’ and Engbloom’s significant achievements include managing multiple assignments for Torys LLP, Suncor Energy Inc., Parex Resources Inc., and Vermilion Energy Inc.

“Joining Avison Young was a natural progression as clients continue to demand more complex, multi-faceted services from their providers,” said Hayes. “Here, we’ll be able to do just that: provide clients an enhanced, expanded diversity of offerings while remaining true to our core values around agility, resourcefulness and creative, unbiased advice tailored to occupiers.”

“One of the biggest draws at Avison Young is the best-in-class workplace intelligence and technology platforms that connect us to real-time data and research experts not only in Alberta, but across Canada and around the world,” said Engbloom. “With technology like AVANT by Avison Young, combined with the firm’s deep occupier focused services, I know we’ll be able to go above and beyond meeting all our client’s corporate real estate needs.”
