Art has been with Avison Young since 2008.  His experience includes sale and lease of industrial and retail properties by investors and users as well as sale of multi-buildings.  Art joined Avison Young after a very successful banking career managing the Commercial Mortgage portfolio for the Royal Bank in southern Saskatchewan.  During his time with Royal Bank, he negotiated a number of major mortgage acquisitions and these skills now serve his real estate clients well.  He has extensive experience in financial analysis, account management and commercial real estate.  This has proven invaluable in assessing business investment opportunities and providing the individual attention valued by his clients.  Art has spent most of his life in and around Regina and has participated in many worthwhile community organizations.  His involvement in our community over the years has given him a wide range of contacts and an extensive understanding of our market place.
