Ian Whitchelo began his commercial real estate career in 2005, assisting clients with their real estate needs on both a lease and sale basis. He started his commercial real estate career with an international real estate firm before joining Avison Young in 2011. Ian has built a strong reputation of service excellence in the marketplace through hard work and generating creative and innovative solutions for his clients.

Ian specializes in the commercial real estate market of the North Shore, as well as the surrounding areas of East Vancouver and North Burnaby. In addition to the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, Ian has established himself as an expert in both the landlord representation and tenant representation sides of corporate real estate leasing.
