Victoria joined Avison Young in January 2022 and brings valuation experience across a wide range of property types, including shopping centres, development land, office, retail, industrial, multi-residential properties, as well as some expropriation related valuations. More recently, Victoria has specialized in the valuation of industrial properties. While primarily working in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, Victoria has valuation experience in the interior regions of British Columbia.
