Zac joined Avison Young in 2019 and has transitioned into an Associate role working alongside Robin Buntain. Zac specializes in tenant representation which includes providing advisory services to his clients on expansions, contractions, relocations, lease renewals, acquisitions and dispositions. Zac strives to create meaningful and long-lasting relationships with his clients and colleagues which leads to unparalleled service throughout the real estate transaction process.

Zac began his commercial real estate career as a member of the Research Division at Avison Young. Specializing in Office Leasing and Sales, Zac was responsible for delivering data-driven analytics and market availabilities to the brokers for their clients. He also assisted in the production of Avison Young’s bi-annual Metro Vancouver Office Market Reports.
