Appoints Neil Lacheur as Principal to lead its property management platform in Canada

Toronto, ON – Mark Fieder, Avison Young Principal and President in Canada today announced the appointment of Neil Lacheur as Avison Young Principal and Executive Vice President of Real Estate Management Services in Canada. In this newly created role, Lacheur will lead the strategy to grow the Avison Young property management business into a best-in-class service delivery platform across the country.

Lacheur joins Avison Young from QuadReal Property Group, where he had been since its founding, leading the firm’s customer service strategy and culture. He holds a degree in Economics from University of Victoria and is a LEED-GA.
