Martin Jepil to focus on world-class solutions and products that improve clients’ real estate outcomes

Toronto, ON – Avison Young continues to invest in its Global IT and Technology infrastructure, today announcing the appointment of Martin Jepil as Principal, Global Vice President Enterprise Architecture.

“Martin is a fantastic addition to our Global IT and Technology team as we pave the road to simplifying IT acquisition and system integration,” said Mike Hart, Avison Young Principal and Chief Information Officer, who is leading business growth through technology. “In this newly created role, Martin will demonstrate his strong track record of connecting strategic thinking with technology execution to achieve excellence and deliver bottom line results.”

Jepil’s emphasis will be on delivering world-class technology solutions and products across the full spectrum of commercial real estate, to contribute to simplifying the current technology stack as well as architecting and engineering products that make clients more successful in their real estate outcomes. This work will include developing the strategy behind connecting various Avison Young enterprise systems, to drive efficiency for clients and employees.

A technology leader with more than 20 years of experience managing technology teams, Jepil drives innovation and transformation. He has held several prominent IT roles with Fortune 50 companies across several industries, including tier-one banking and insurance, manufacturing, consulting services and architecture. Jepil spent 10 years as Chief Technology Officer with HP Enterprise Service, and joins Avison Young from IBM Global Business Services.
