Avison Young welcomes Ontario-based leaders to its 2023 Principal Class

Toronto, ON – Avison Young is pleased to announce that four individuals have been named Principals based in the firm’s GTA offices.

These Ontario members join the 26 Principals around the world that are being honoured as part of the Avison Young Principal Class of 2022:

  • Graham Morrison

Jordan Boin has been with Avison Young for five years, focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the GTA, with a focus on the GTA West submarket. Since Jordan joined, he has consistently met the principles we seek from people in the areas of culture, leadership, and mentorship. Jordan holds himself and his colleagues to high standards of integrity and "doing right" by the client.

Maggie Christie has been with Avison Young for 14 years, focusing on valuation and advisory services. Maggie continues to focus on business development and, over the past three years, her efforts have been rewarded with a substantial increase in billings. She's introduced new clients to the firm and continues to service them and work on large, high-profile assignments.

Andrew Fraser has been with Avison Young for over 10 years, focusing on investment management. Andrew consistently exceeds investment return targets, is self-starting, and capable leading teams of technical internal and external staff to achieve results, while representing the company well by always demonstrating to our clients they are our highest priority.

Graham Morrison has been with Avison Young for over six years, focusing on valuation and advisory services. Graham has built his book of business substantially over the past –five years, and his ability to connect with clients on a personal and business level has allowed him to bring new clients to the firm and increase the billings for himself and his entire team.
