Alison Hansen-Carlson partnered with Arlyn Stoik in 2016, having previously worked with one of the largest investors/developers of commercial real estate in Alberta. Alison’s strengths lie in her attention to detail, meticulous time management/organizational skills, and ability uncover operational efficiencies in the day-to-day workings of one of Western Canada’s leading commercial real estate advisory teams.

Alison has become an irreplaceable team member described as reliable, professional, and amiable by team members and clients alike, who are consistently impressed with her expertise in agency leasing and transaction management as her team works numerous exclusive listings and corporate mandates for retail occupiers and landlords across Western Canada.

Alison demonstrates her passion for the real estate community through her involvement with the Edmonton chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), an organization she has become engrained with over the past 10 years, most recently through her roles as director and sponsorship chair. In her free time, Alison likes to drag her family to every museum, read, and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.
