Ethan joined Avison Young in April 2022 as an Intern for both the Capital Markets and Debt Capital & Advisory team, working with Brennan Yadlowski alongside Ron, Jordan and Sam Dezman. Coming from a family with a long history of real-estate investment, he provides value by bringing his knowledge of real estate to help facilitate both CMHC-insured and third-party financing through underwriting and preparing pertinent property information for lenders, in which Ethan has helped facilitate commercial transactions all across western Canada. He has since joined the Debt Capital Markets & Advisory team full-time, providing value via financial analysis and by recommending strategy for debt assignment.

Ethan is currently finishing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University, majoring in Business Management with a Property Management minor. In 2021, he earned the W. P. Weidner Scholarship for Property Management.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid Edmonton Oilers fan.
