Working out of Avison Young’s downtown Toronto office, Graham Booth is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in achieving optimal commercial real estate solutions for occupier clients. Graham joined Avison Young in November 2022 to further augment Avison Young’s Tenant and Buyer Representation initiatives. Graham is dedicated to prioritizing the best interests of corporate space users through every stage of the process, working exclusively with office and industrial tenants and owner occupiers.

Graham previously worked on the Tenant Representation team at Savills Brokerage Inc. for three years and, prior to this, he was the Director for Corporate Planning & Development at the Ontario Centre of Innovation. Having been a part of the Ontario innovation ecosystem for over 10 years, Graham has a firm understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing Ontario start-ups, scaleups and innovation-based companies.

As a part of his role, Graham acts as the Team Lead for Avison Young’s partnership with OneEleven, a leading Toronto accelerator that is home to a community of high performing technology scaleups. Graham has helped numerous businesses with their commercial space needs at the scaleup phase, including companies like Mentimeter, Invision AI, Rush Street Interactive, Rethink Canada, Zedcor, Cannabis CoPack, QuadroCore and Hashtag Paid.
