Jandip Deol has 15 years of real estate brokerage experience, the last ten specializing in the sale of Multifamily real estate. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta School of Business in 2006, majoring in Financial Accounting. Subsequently, he articled at Deloitte & Touche from 2006 to 2008, obtaining his CA designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2009.

He is currently a Principal with the Avison Young Multifamily team in the Edmonton Office. Over the course of Jandip’s career, he has been involved in the analysis and sale of over 5,200 units and $815 million of Multifamily real estate in Alberta. These transactions have included dealings with a variety of investors including developers, REITs, pension funds and private investors. Jandip’s unique skill set combines extensive tax knowledge and analytic skills with a real estate background to provide his clients with an optimal sales experience
