Avison Young Commercial Real Estate Service, LP (the “Advisor”) has been retained by MNP Ltd. in its capacity as Court-Appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) to advise on the sale of 24601 Highway 7, Sharbot Lake, ON (the “Property”).
