About Adam

Adam is a key lead for Avison Young’s Occupier Services division, one of the most active leasing teams in Calgary’s downtown core. He and his team exclusively represent occupiers in their real estate negotiations within the Calgary market and have worked diligently to create a holistic, local, one-stop real estate process combining workplace intelligence, transaction management and project management services.

Adam has been very active representing his clients in the Calgary market since 2004. His skill set includes navigating workplace changes and visioning, negotiating complex lease transactions,  structuring amalgamations plans driven by mergers and acquisitions, detailed financial analysis, and consulting through project management.
