About Adam

Adam Walman started his commercial real estate career in 2007, specializing in the office leasing industry. After attaining significant transactional experience in both landlord and tenant representation services at a boutique firm, he joined Avison Young in 2013 to help bolster its brokerage team in the downtown office.

Adam’s approach to real estate is a consultative one. He has earned a reputation as a successful advisor by tenaciously, yet simply, focusing on achieving his client’s goals.

In addition to being a full-time commercial real estate practitioner, Adam considers himself a life-long student of the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and is an accredited LEED® Green Associate. Adam is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation with a projected completion date of 2015.
