About Alexandre
With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, in both capital and debt markets, Alexandre Clarke is the Director of Financial Analysis within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, he oversees a team of underwriters and analysts who provide property analysis, market oversight, and financial modeling services for individual assets and portfolios. He also oversees the transactional due diligence process and the development of business intelligence tools and models.
Alexandre has been a member of the team since 2018, having initially joined the Capital Markets Group at JLL. He has underwritten over $5.0 billion in closed investment transactions across the multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sectors. He has advised both private and institutional owners of real estate, including Ivanhoé Cambridge, Cominar, Manulife, Summit REIT, Dream REIT, Canderel, InterRent, AimCo, CapReit, Mondev, and Hazelview.
Alongside this role, Alexandre is a Mortgage Broker who provides clients with insight into market trends and investment fundamentals. His experience includes senior advisory and analysis roles with Otéra Capital and Transport Canada.
