About Allan

Allan began his commercial real estate career in 1981 and is a Partner in the Calgary office of Avison Young. A Leasing Representative for a national real estate Pension fund advisor from 1984 — 1988, he managed the leasing of over 3,000,000 square feet of suburban office and industrial properties. His experience working on behalf of an institutional landlord is invaluable to all his clients. Allan has been involved in many significant lease and sale transactions during his career with owners, users and institutional investors. His understanding of the fundamentals of real estate including market knowledge, documentation and financing have been a significant benefit to a large client base and has allowed him to have been involved in many unique projects either representing the Vendor, Purchaser, Tenant and/or Landlord.
