Allen Grinberg is a commercial real estate professional known for his thoughtful, client-focused approach and ability to navigate complex business challenges with practical, well-considered solutions. He works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Allen began his career in commercial real estate specializing exclusively on the tenant/buyer’s side (Occupier Services) thereby avoiding potential conflicts of interest that sometimes occur in real estate transactions. For almost 3 decades, he has worked with a range of companies from rapidly growing start-ups and foreign entities to some of the country’s most respected brands. He serves as Principal in our Downtown Toronto office working his expertise in the fields of industrial, land and office real estate.
