About Alsafa
Alsafa Alhamdani is Director, Financial Analysis within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, she leads financial analysis efforts supporting investment transactions, portfolio strategy, and decision-making across the province, working closely with senior capital markets professionals on underwriting, valuation, and transaction execution.
She brings experience across valuation, asset management, and investment analysis in commercial real estate, having contributed to the valuation and financial assessment of property portfolios exceeding $12 billion and supported the analysis of more than 200 commercial assets across office, retail, residential, and mixed-use sectors, including property tax analysis, benchmarking, and optimization initiatives.
Alsafa has been involved in underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction support across acquisitions, refinancing, and value creation strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure rigorous, data-driven investment analysis. Her work spans both deal execution and broader portfolio strategy, with a focus on delivering clear, actionable insights that support investment decisions and enhance overall portfolio performance.
