About Amanda

Amanda has been working in commercial real estate since 2004 with a diverse portfolio of local, national and international clients specializing in both investment sales and leasing. She is a Partner in the Victoria office and recognized as an industry top performer having successfully sold and leased many of Victoria’s most prominent investment properties across multiple market sectors.

Her extensive industry knowledge, work experience, and contacts have proven invaluable in marketing, negotiating and successfully completing a large volume and value of transactions, with a clear understanding of the market and trends that impact her clients. She actively collaborates with industry leaders who share her enthusiasm for community, development and business in Greater Victoria. 

Amanda sits on the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Urban Development Institute (UDI), and is a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board Commercial Division (VREB). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics program (DULE), as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three young daughters.
