About Andrew

Mr. Fraser currently serves as Asset Manager within the Investment Management group with responsibility for North American investments as well as oversight of portfolio reporting to clients. He is in charge of the group’s United States asset management book, which currently holds approximately $300M USD worth of commercial and residential real estate properties across the country.

Andrew began his real estate career in 2008 and has since been involved with the financing, sale or acquisition of over $1B USD of real estate across property classes. Prior to joining the Investment Management group, Mr. Fraser worked in the Toronto based Capital Markets team working on both investment sales and debt financing for owners. Previously Andrew held Associate positions with both Colliers International (formally DTZ Barnicke) and Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada’s Real Estate Group.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in real estate from the University of Guelph and is an active member of NAIOP, The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate as well as the Urban Land Institute.
