About Arlyn

Arlyn Stoik is a Principal with Avison Young. He has an unmatched level of expertise in the marketplace gained through his specialization in the retail arena for 29+ years. In this time, he has played an integral role in many of Western Canada’s largest and most successful retail developments. His expertise encompasses the entire development process from initial site selection and acquisition, the planning process and marketing, to the final lease up and development of the project. Arlyn has also advised many groups on the redevelopment/repositioning of existing retail centres and is responsible for the project leasing of several projects in Edmonton and throughout the entire Province of Alberta.

Arlyn’s expertise includes the market analysis and site selection for a number of Canada’s leading retailers. This includes the creation and execution of market penetration, networking and disposition strategies. His area of expertise includes both major and secondary markets throughout Western Canada.
