About Bijan

Bijan specializes in capital markets for investment and hospitality assets across British Columbia. As a key member of the National Hospitality Team, he leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their real estate objectives.

With over six years at Avison Young, Bijan began as a financial analyst and transitioned into a brokerage role in 2022. His career includes involvement in transactions exceeding $2.0 billion across a diverse range of asset classes, including multi-family, industrial, office, development land, and retail. Additionally, he has collaborated with colleagues to manage lease renewals, extensions, and relocations for a major Canadian enterprise, overseeing more than 50 locations across North America.

Bijan holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics with a specialization in Development from UBC’s Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business.

His background also includes over six years in the retail furniture industry as a senior manager, where he honed his interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills. This experience enables him to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
