About Brennan

Brennan spent nearly 6 years as a member of the Debt Capital & Advisory Group and assisted his clients through his excellent proficiency in underwriting, negotiation, advisory and financial analysis expertise. He exceled in advising owners, developers and operators to efficiently access capital from the institutional/private investor, equity and private wealth markets. Brennan originated capital for all types of real estate holdings and structures for a diverse range of clients including institutional owners, REITs, developers, GP/LPs/joint ventures, business owners and foreign & sovereign investors.

Brennan transitioned to the role of Managing Director of the Calgary Avison Young office in January 2024. Brennan will galvanize the entire team in Calgary – new professionals, seasoned Principals, brokerage teams and non-brokerage service lines – to deliver results together. He is eager to support and grow the business of Avison Young while establishing the office as a leader in the Calgary market.
