Caleb Ryder brings over a decade of invaluable sales experience to Avison Young in the Halifax office. A proud graduate of Acadia University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Caleb hails from New Brunswick and has seamlessly integrated his passion for sales with a commitment to client success. 

Having obtained his real estate license in 2022 and kickstarting his career in Halifax, Caleb has since made a strategic shift from residential to commercial real estate. Caleb brings his years of experience in sales, a genuine connection to the region, and dedication to fostering client relationships built on honesty and collaboration. 

With a strong desire to learn all he can about the commercial real estate industry, Caleb continues to hone his sales skills as a member of the Avison Young team, with a specific focus on office and retail leasing.
