About Calvin

Calvin Holland is a Sales Representative with the Retail Services Group at Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young, Calvin was a Sales Representative with RKF, a boutique retail real estate brokerage, which he joined in 2017.

Based out of Avison Young’s international headquarters in Toronto, he specializes in retail leasing, sales and consulting. Acting on behalf of Tenants and Landlords, Calvin works on transactions across North America.

While based in Toronto, Calvin services the Ontario market when it comes to agency leasing and has worked with a variety of property categories including big box retail, strip plazas, mixed use developments, new construction, small urban retail storefronts and more. 

Working with a variety of Tenants across Canada, from a range of industries including entertainment, food and beverage, cannabis and fashion retail, Calvin has extensive market knowledge and insight in the retail real estate market. Depending on the client needs, Calvin is able to provide a wide array of services including consulting and advisory, market research, site sourcing and selection, and transaction management. He works closely with his Tenant and guides them through the entire transaction process while focusing on finding client-driven real estate solutions that facilitate their vision.
