About Carey

Carey Buntain is a Principal and member of Avison Young’s Investment Sales team specializing on multi-family and development properties throughout the British Columbia commercial real estate market.  Since 2015, Carey and his team have sold in excess of $1 billion worth of investment real estate assets mostly in the Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan regions of British Columbia. He focuses on the acquisition, disposition, valuation, and consulting of investment properties for private investors/landlords, developers, institutional clients, and REITs. 

Carey is heavily involved of the development of young brokers as formerly an Ambassador of the Vancouver office and is presently on the council of the Avison Young Emerging Leaders program. He also is a supporter of several charities including Youth Education Farms, Canucks Place, Covenant House, and the JCC.
