About Carson

Carson Lambert, a  Principal and Vice President in Avison Young’s Downtown Toronto Office specializes in exclusive representation for Tenant’s renewals, relocation, and disposition across the Downtown Toronto market. Carson’s client centric approach allows him to understand his clients objectives and work diligently to achieve their goals.

Since joining Avison Young, Carson has displayed significant market consistency. Carson has ranked in the Top 10 amongst Avison Young’s Emerging Leaders in 2016, 2017, 2018 and in 2016 Carson was the #1 Junior Producer globally across all Avison Young offices.

Carson is a member of both Avison Young’s Global Tenant Advisory Affinity Group (TAAG), and Avison Young’s Global Innovation Committee.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Carson graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a major in Finance. He is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association and Toronto Real Estate Board and is an avid hockey player and golfer.
