Carter Sopik is a Vice President and Sales Representative at Avison Young and has worked with the Toronto Retail Services Group since joining the company in 2015.

Based out of Avison Young’s international headquarters in Toronto, he has worked with Tenants from a range of industries including childcare and education, automotive, technology, fitness, fashion and service retail.

With a focus on Tenant Representation, Carter effectively and efficiently executes real estate transactions for his clients in multiple markets, allowing international brands and premium local operators to focus on their customers and business.

As the single point of contact, he provides his clients with industry leading guidance, leveraging his extensive knowledge of Toronto and the other major markets throughout North America.
