About Chantel

Chantel joined Avison Young in 2023, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property marketing, and transaction management. She has successfully managed complex leasing transactions, acquisitions, and land sales, combining deep market insight with strategic execution to deliver value-driven outcomes for landlords, tenants, owners and investors.

Working alongside Ryan Kerr, Garth White, Joe Lehman, Bryn Cartwright, and Jen Schroer, Chantel ensures clarity, accountability, and seamless coordination throughout every stage of the transaction process. Over the past three years, she has contributed to more than 8.1 million square feet of industrial leasing and sales transactions, representing approximately $1.8 billion in total transaction volume.

Her dedication to excellence has been recognized with the Avison Young Vancouver Navigator Award in 2023 and the Avison Young Industrial Team Support Award in 2024, reflecting her commitment to professionalism, collaboration and outstanding client service.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Chantel gained valuable experience with a local commercial and industrial real estate developer, Canada’s largest commercial brokerage and one of British Columbia’s most prominent residential homebuilders.
