About Charlotte

Charlotte Ishoj is the Research & Administration Coordinator, Team Lead at the Toronto HQ office. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for handling Research requests from brokers in the Toronto office, as well as our Toronto North and West offices. She also directly supports several retail and office brokers as their main point of contact in the Client Services Coordinator role. As Team Lead, she oversees the Client Service Coordinator Group in the Downtown Toronto office including team scheduling and assignment of tasks, hiring and training as required. Charlotte holds an Advanced Marketing Diploma at Georgian College and has 9 years’ experience with Avison Young.
