About Chris

Chris Valeriote entered the commercial real estate industry in 2015 and has quickly become one of the top commercial agents within the Wellington Region in Southwestern Ontario. Chris is passionate about working with owners/occupiers, investors and developers to develop strategies that fit their business goals and needs. Chris prides himself on his ability to find creative solutions for a wide variety of client requirements.

Born and raised in Guelph, Chris has developed deep roots within the community and has gained extensive knowledge of the local marketplace allowing him to ensure that his clients receive the most accurate and detailed information available to ensure all his clients make well informed business decisions.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris worked in Global Supply Chain Management for Danby Products and the Risk Advisory Practice at Ernst & Young.
