About Chris

Chris Wieser began his career in commercial real estate in 2007, joining Avison Young in 2011 to work alongside his business partners. For more than 19 years, Chris has specialized in multi-family commercial real estate focusing on rental apartments, mobile-home parks, residential development sites and investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan regions of British Columbia. Chris has completed more than $3B in sales transactions, working with a diverse range of people and companies, providing creative real estate solutions with accomplished service. His dedication to his clients, integrity and strong work ethic, make Chris an integral member of the multi-family team.  Chris is also a proud supporter of the Gift of Time Gala for Canuck Place, JCC, Covenant House, Canadian Mental Health Association and many other charity initiatives.
